4 eggs - separated
3/4 c. sugar
2 - 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
whipping cream
1/2 c. strong coffee
1/4 c. Kaluah or Rum
2 pkg. Lady fingers or vanilla wafers
2 - 1 oz. squares semi-sweet chocolate squares (grated)

Beat egg yolks. Add sugar gradually until well mixed. Add cream cheese and mix until creamy. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in egg mixture. Spread 1/4 into a large serving bowl. Quickly dip Lady fingers into the coffee mixture and layer on top of cream cheese. Sprinkle with grated chocolate. Repeat layers ending with cream cheese layer. Garnish with whipping cream flavored with Kaluah and sprinkle with chocolate.

Let stand in refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight.
