8 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 large onion thinly sliced in ½ rounds
2 Teaspoons Turmac
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 small can tomato paste
½ teaspoon garlic powder
12 very small white potatoes or red new potatoes peeled
2 cups water
1 ½ Cups seedless prunes

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes. Brown in oil and remove to a plate. Saute the Onions.
Add chicken back to pot and add all other ingredients except the prunes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cook until chicken is very tender. Add prunes and cook for 15 more minutes.

Serve over rice.
