1 lb ground sirloin
1 lb ground pork
1 T olive oil
2 medium onions finely chopped
4 garlic cloves finely minced
1 large green bell pepper finely chopped
1 can diced tomatoes
Salt
Pepper
1 T brown sugar
2 T red wine vinegar
1/2 c pimento stuffed small green olives
1/2 c raisins
2 T capers
1/2 c red wine

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meats in a large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, stirring to break it up until no longer chunky. Drain off the grease and remove the meat to a plate reserve till needed later.

Heat the oil in the same skillet over medium heat and sauté the onion, garlic and bell pepper until the onions are browned. Return the meat to the pan and stir in the tomatoes, salt and pepper, brown sugar, vinegar, olives, raising, capers and red wine. Cook at a bare simmer for 1 hour until the meat is tender and the sauce is thick.

Serve over rice.
