1 1/2 c. flour
3 1/2 t. baking powder
2 T. sugar
3/4 t. salt
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 egg yolk
1 egg white
Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add milk, oil and egg yolk. Stir - leave lumpy. Beat egg white until stiff but not dry. Fold the egg white into batter. Fry in lightly greased skillet.
