1 c. oatmeal
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 t. salt
2 c. boiling water
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. maple syrup
1 package yeast
4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oatmeal, margarine, salt and boiling water. Cool to lukewarm. Add egg and maple syrup. Sprinkle yeast over mixture and add enough flour to make a soft dough. Raise dough until doubled in bulk. Knead, cut out and raise again. Bake at 375* for 15 minutes.
