2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 t. soda
1/2 t. salt
1 T. cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 c. buttermilk (plain yogurt or sour cream can be used)
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Add remainder ingredients. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350* for 50 - 60 minutes. Check after 30 minutes, if brown cover with foil.
