1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mild enchilada sauce
2 Tbsp green chillies
1/4 cup milk
10 flour tortillas
8 oz shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onion. Add soup, enchilada sauce, chillies and milk. Take a floured tortilla put 1/4 cup cheese and roll. Place seam down on beef and continue with the rest of the tortillas. Cover with lid and simmer until cheese is melted.
