About 3 lbs. Pork side ribs
Water to cover ribs
2 Tbsp. Garlic powder
1 Tbsp. Celery powder
Handful of minced onionn
3 shakes Tabasco sauce
2 tsp. Seasoning salt
3 Tbsp. Vinegar
1/2 tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Remove as much fat as possible from ribs.
Cut ribs in singles.
Place ribs in dutch oven, add spices and cover with water.
Bring to boil and simmer covered for about 45 min.
Remove from water and put on foil covered baking sheet.
Sprinkle liberally ( to taste) with seasoning salt and broil for about 5 min then turn and broil for another 5 min.
Enjoy!
