1/4 c 60 mL Margarine
2 c 500 mL Sugar
3 Eggs
2 tsp 10 mL vanilla
4 oz 120 g Unsweetened Chocolate (see note)
2.5 c 625 mL A.P. Flour
2 tsp 10 mL Baking Powder
1/2 tsp 2.5 mL Salt

1 c 250 mL Icing Sugar

1. Preheat oven to 350* F. Grease cookie sheet
2. Cream butter and sugar together.
3. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Mix in vanilla and melted Chocolate.
4. Mix Flour, B. Powder and salt in medium bowl.
5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into creamed ones.
6. Roll dough into 1 in 2.4 cm balls
7. Toss rolled dough into icing sugar to coat them well.
8. Arrange on baking sheet
9. Bake 8-12 minutes, Cool on wire rack.
