1 t. honey
2 T. warm water
2 t. dry yeast
3 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 t. salt
1 1/4 c. lukewarm water
2 T. oil
cornmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together honey, warm water and yeast; let stand 5 minutes. Combine flour and salt. Combine oil and lukewarm water and add to yeast mixture. Add to flour and mix well. Knead 8 - 10 minutes. Cover - let rise till double (45 minutes). Punch down and form into 4 balls. Cover and let rest 30 minutes. Roll each ball 1/8" thick and 8" diameter. Sprinkle cornmeal on cookie sheet, place bread on it - cover and let rest 30 minutes. Bake at 500* for 4 minutes on lowest rack (bread should puff 2") - then bake for 3 - 4 minutes on rack about 3" up to finish cooking to light brown. If not serving immediately, wrap in foil and set aside or freeze.
