Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup warm water
1/4 oz. pkt. active dry yeast
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. olive oil
3 cups all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar, salt, & 1 Tbsp. olive oil; blend well. Stir in flour with a wooden spoon. Knead dough on a floured surface until all the flour is incorporated & dough is easy to handle. Drizzle a bit of olive oil on the bottom of a bowl. Place the dough in the bowl, turning to coat all sides with oil. Cover the bowl with a cloth & set it in a warm, draft-free place. Let rise until double in size, about 1 hour. Punch the dough down. (At this point, you may cover the dough with plastic wrap & refrigerate to use the next day.) Divide the dough into 3 equal portions. Roll each portion into a thin pizza crust, making the edges slightly thicker. Put the crusts on lightly oiled, very hot pizza stones, or lightly oiled pizza sheets. Bake crusts at high heat until golden & crispy. Sprinkle lightly with your choice of precooked meats, veggies, fruit, basil, shredded cheese. Add a light layer of sauce or olive oil. Do not overload pizza or it will be soggy & heavy. Bake at high heat for a few additional minutes to melt the cheese & heat the toppings.
