15 oz. can Libby's pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup sugar
12 oz. can evaporated milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 large eggs
9-inch unbaked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the dry ingredients in a small bowl; set aside. In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in the pumpkin & dry ingredients; mix well. Gradually stir in the evaporated milk. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 425º for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350º & bake 40-50 minutes, or until knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean.
