1 2/3 c. flour
1/3 c. cornmeal
1/4 c. sugar
2 t. baking powder
1 t. mustard (ground)
1/2 t. soda
1/8 t. cloves
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/3 c. oil
3 T. dijon mustard
1 c. ham, finely chopped (food processer)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Combine eggs, oil, milk, dijon mustard; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in ham. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 375* for 20 - 25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before removing to wire rack. 12 - 14 muffins
