1 cup finely chopped dates
2 cups regular oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup oat flour
3 cups blended fresh fruit (your choice)
1 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions:

Spray muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray. Mix muffin ingredients together well. Fill each muffin cup with 1/3 cup batter. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
