Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 lbs baby back ribs
salt & pepper
2 cups ketchup
1 cup chili sauce
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
4 tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
dash of hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Season ribs with salt and pepper. Place in shallow pan, brown in a 400F oven for 15 minutes, turn, then another 15 minutes. Drain fat.
2. In a bowl, mix rest of ingredients together. Place ribs in slow cooker. Pour sauce and stir to coat.
3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours

At this point, the ribs will be near fall off the bone, but for an added taste and look, I'll like to place the ribs on a foil lined cookie sheet and broil until the sauce caramelizes.
