1 bunch green onions
2 bell peppers
2 28 oz cans crushed tomatoes
1 bunch celery
1 large head green cabbage
1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix
4 beef bouillon cubes
2 bay leaves
Salt
Pepper
Dried Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cut all the vegetables into bite size pieces and put into a large stock pot. Cover with water and boil rapidly for 10 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes until vegetables are tender. Add the crushed tomatoes and bring back to a boil to heat through. Add the soup mix and bouillon cubes which have been dissolved in a small amount of water to the pot. Add seasonings to taste.

Day 1
All fruits except bananas. Eat only soup and fruits today.
Day 2
All fresh vegetables, raw or cooked. Eat only vegetables and soup all day.
Day 3
Any fruits or vegetables, expect bananas. And the soup.
Day 4
Bananas and skim milk, as much as you want. And the soup.
Day 5
Beef or Chicken ( up to 20 ounces) Up to 6 Fresh tomatoes. Eat soup at least once this day.
Day 6
Beef and chicken as much as you want. Any leafy green vegetable. Eat soup at least once this day.
Day 7
Brown Rice, vegetables, unsweetened fruit juices. Eat soup at least once this day.
