1 lb. Small Pasta Shells cooked
1 lb crawfish tails with fat
1 stick butter
1 T Tony's
1 c thinly sliced green onions
1/4 c minced parsley
4 cloves garlic minced
1 1/2 to 2 cups half and half

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet melt butter and add Tony's and sauté for three minutes. Add green onions and cook over medium heat about 4 minutes. Add crawfish and cook over medium heat until heated through. Add garlic and parsley and continue cooking for 3 to 5 minutes. Add cooked pasta and heat through. Add half and half and let simmer until sauce thickens. Do not over cook, the cream sauce will break.
