2 Large cans green beans with potatoes
2 Regular cans French Style sliced green beans
1 lb seasoning ham pieces in 1" cubes
1/2 c Tony Chacherie's Instant Roux
1/2 c water
3 T dried chopped onions
1 T dried parsley
1 t garlic powder
1 t Tony Chacherie's Creole Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Empty the cans of beans, including the liquid, into a dutch oven.
Add the cubed ham.

Blend the Roux mix, water and dried ingredients in a glass measuring cup and stir until well blended. Add this mixture to the pot.

Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.

Serve over rice.

You can make this with any canned beans. Try Lima Beans and add 1 lb of small shrimp. Yummy.
