2 lbs peeled medium raw shrimp (21 - 30 count)
1 lb Andouille smoked sausage diced into 1/2" cubes
1 can Campbell's French Onion Soup
1 can Campbell's Beef Bouillon
1/2 c diced bell pepper
1/2 c diced white onion
1/2 c thinly sliced green onions (include all of the green tops)
1/2 c diced celery
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 stick of butter
1/2 c finely chopped parsley
2 c Uncle Ben's converted Rice
1 T Tony Chacherie's Creole Seasoning
1 t garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
In an oven proof 5 qt corning or cast iron dutch oven melt the butter and remove from heat. Add all ingredients to the pot and stir to combine well.

Bake covered with a well fitted lid in a 375º preheated oven for 1 hour. Stir only once at the 30 minute mark.

Note: The 2 lbs of shrimp are weight after peeled. Usually around 3 1/2 lbs with shells on.

Serve with a large green salad and hot French bread.
