1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Creole mustard
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. curry powder
8 catfish filets
buttered crackers (such as Waverly Wafers), crumbled

Directions:

Combine the first 7 ingredients & spread over the fillets. Sprinkle the fillets with cracker crumbs. Bake, uncovered, at 450º for about 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.
