4 skinless chicken breast halves
Milk
3/4 c. Finely grated cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese (optional)
15 to 20 crushed cheddar flavor Ritz crackers
Oregano (optional)
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Soak chicken in milk (just to cover) while you prepare the other ingredients.
With the crushed Ritz I often add oregano, basil, parmesan, pepper, paprika....any spice you fancy to give the Ritz a little extra flavor.
In a separate bowl finely grate the cheddar cheese.
Remove chicken from milk one piece at a time.
Roll in cheddar cheese then Ritz mixture and place on baking on a wire rack.
Continue until all chicken is "cheesed and crackered" and chicken is well coated
Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 min.
