8 porkchops
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tea season salt
1 tea black pepper
1 tea onion powder
cayenne pepper to taste
1/2 cup canola oil
1 tab butter
salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Rinse porkchops and pat dry.

Step 2
Salt and pepper both sides.

Step 3
Combine all dry ingredients.

Step 4
Dip porkchops in mix and sit aside.

Step 5
Heat canola oil, add butter and cook porkchops until juices run clear.
