1 onion
1 tsp oregano
1 clove garlic - minced
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp parsley flakes
2 cans minced clams
Tabasco sauce
grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer onions and garlic in margarine until onion is soft. Remove from heat. Add lemon juice, oregano and parsley flakes and dash of Tabasco sauce, bread crumbs and minced clams. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
Put into two small pyrex baking dishes and bake at 450º for 15-20 minutes.
