6 Chicken Breast (Frozen OK)
1 Regular size bottle Sweet Baby Rays
1/8 C Vinegar
1/2 t Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 C Brown Sugar
1 t Garlic Powder
Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything but chicken. Place the chicken in crockpot. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Cook on low 4 to 6 hours. Shred chicken and put back into the sauce and serve on buns.
Can put the breast on grill for 10 minutes at the end to give it a crispy glaze on the outside.
