3-4 lb. chuck roast
1 c. onions, sliced in rings
1/2 - 1 c. water (can use beer)
1 tsp. garlic salt
12 oz. bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a Dutch oven or crockpot. Cook until roast shreds easily with a fork (1 - 1 1/2 hours medium heat on stove top; 2 - 2 1/2 hours in a 350º oven or 4 hours in a crockpot.) Shred meat and drain off all liquid if needed. Pour 12 oz. BBQ sauce and reheat until bubbly. Serve over hard rolls or freshly warmed hamburger buns.
