2 c. flour
2 stick margarine or butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. pecan pieces
1/2 c. quick oats
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 jar Caramel sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, margarine/butter, brown sugar, pecans, and quick oats. Crumble mixture onto a cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes at 400º. Keep crumbly. Cool. Line a 9"x13" pan with crumble mix. Reserve 1 cup of crumble mix for topping. Put 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream on top of crumble mix. Cover ice cream with a jar of caramel sauce. Top caramel sauce with 1 cup of crumble mix. Freeze. Take out of freezer a few minutes before serving to make it easier to cut.
