1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. butter

LAYER #2
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
9 oz. Cool Whip

LAYER #3
1 lg. or 2 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
2 c. milk (more or less)

LAYER #4
9 oz. Cool Whip

Directions:
LAYER #1: Mix flour, chopped nuts, and butter, then press mixture on bottom on 9"x13" cake pan. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350º. Let cool. LAYER #2: Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Cool Whip. Put on the first layer when it's cool. LAYER #3: Mix chocolate pudding and milk, then put on top of second layer. LAYER #4: Cover 3rd layer with Cool Whip. NOTE: This is also delicious made with lemon pudding.
