1 box Spice, Carrot, or Chocolate cake mix
1 can of packed pumpkin (16-20 oz.)
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. nuts and/or raisins (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry cake mix and pumpkin with 1/2 cup water. Mix well. Mix in 1/2 cup raisins or chopped nuts if desired. Drop by heaping tablespoons into greased muffin cups.
Bake at 350 18-22 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. NOTE: Can be baked in a 9"x13" greased pan as directed on the cake box.
