1 stick margarine softened
1 c sugar
1 large egg beaten slightly
1 cup grated zuchinni
2 c flour
1 t baking powder
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t ground cloves
1/2 t salt
1 c raisins
1 c chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl - use an electric mixer cream margarine and sugar till light and fluffy.
Beat in egg- stir in zuchinni
In another bowl sift dry ingredients, stir into butter mixture- Put in cooking tins
stir in raisins and nuts
Drop by rounded t inches apart on cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes - till edges are golden and cookies are firm
Transfer to rack to cook
will keep for three days in tin
