3 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 c. crisco oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 small can crushed pineapple
2 c. chopped bananas
3 eggs, slightly beaten
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter or margarine
16 oz. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, oil, salt, sugar, soda, crushed pineapple, bananas, and eggs. Pour into a 13"x9" Pyrex pan sprayed with PAM. Bake at 325º for 50 minutes. Beat cream cheese, butter/margarine, powdered sugar, and vanilla, then frost cake. Sprinkle with pecans. NOTE: Cake can be baked in 3 round cake pans @ 350º for 20-25 minutes.
