1 lb. pork sausage
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 cups Bisquick

Directions:
Directions:
Bring sausage and cheese to room temperature. Mix sausage and cheese, then add the Bisquick. Roll into balls the size of large marble. Bake at 375º for 12-17 minutes.

These can be made ahead and frozen. To do so, place sausage balls on a cookie sheet, then freeze them. After they're frozen, place in a plastic bag, then pull out however many you need to cook at a time.
