6 eggs
2 c. milk
2 slices white bread, cubed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
1 lb. mild sausage
1 c. packed grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. Set aside. Beat eggs, then add milk, salt, and mustard. Add cubed bread and stir. Add cheese and sausage. Put in an 8"x12" glass dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 45 minutes at 350º. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
