8 eggs
1/2 c. half-and-half cream
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. finally chopped fully cooked ham
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/4 c. finely chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, beat eggs and cream until light and fluffy. Stir in the cheese, ham, green peppers and onion. Pour into a 9" square baking dish sprayed with Pam. Bake at 400º for 25 minutes.
