1 small box lemon jello
1 small box lime jello
1 cup hot water
1 cup cold water
1 12-oz. carton cottage cheese
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 c. mayonnaise
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Dissolve lemon jello, lime jello, hot, and cold water. Let stand in refrigerator until syrupy. Do not let set! Add cottage cheese, Eagle Brand milk, mayonnaise, crushed pineapple, and chopped pecans. Pour into a large mold and let set. This makes a large salad, so I usually mold mine in a bundt cake pan.
