4 boneless pork chops
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. Italian seasoned blended breadcrumbs
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, pepper, and garlic powder. Rub pork chops with olive oil, then dip in mixture. Line pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray. Bake 350º for 40-45 minutes: NOTE: While you don't have to flip the pork chops, they seem to brown better if you do so midway through cooking them.
