DRESSING:
Juice from small can sliced pineapple (save pineapple for salad)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
Juice of one large lemon (strain)
1 tsp. prepared mustard

FRUIT SALAD:
Pineapple from above
1 orange
1 very ripe pear
2 medium bananas
1/2 apple
Green grapes (cut in half)
Handful of pecans

Directions:
Directions:
DRESSING: Mix sugar and flour together. Add pineapple and lemon juice. Cook over low heat until thick and clear. Remove from heat, add mustard and beat well.

FRUIT SALAD: Mix fruit and pour dressing over it. Prepare the day of use.
