3 English Muffins, split
Butter
1 lb. cooked and drained sausage
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 oz. can green chilies
12 eggs
1 1/2 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Butter muffin halves and lay in greased 9"x13" casserole dish. Combine sausage, cheese, and chilies. Pour 1/2 of the mixture over the muffins. Beat eggs and add sour cream. Pour over sausage mixture in casserole dish. Add remainder of sausage mixture and refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours. Take out 30 minutes before baking. Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes.
