2 egg whites
Dash salt
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. green food coloring
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. mint chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites, vinegar, salt, vanilla, and coloring until frothy. Add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Fold in chips. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheets (takes 2). Oven should be preheated to 350º. Place cookies in oven -- turn oven off immediately and leave in overnight or for 8-10 hours. Note: 1/2 - 1 tsp. mint flavoring and regular chips can be used.
