1 lb. of pecans
1 egg white
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the egg white and water and whip until foamy. Stir in one lb. of nuts until all are coated. Mix the cinnamon, sugar, and salt. Pour the cinnamon mixture over the nuts and toss until all are coated. Bake at 300º degrees for 30 minutes on buttered cookie sheet, stirring once midway and again when taken out of the oven.
