10 large white potatoes
1 c. or more sour cream
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, soft
Salt and pepper
1/2 stick butter
Dash of garlic salt
Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cook potatoes. Mash adding sour cream and cream cheese. Add salt, garlic salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well; put into a greased and floured large baking dish. Dot with butter. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
