3 8-oz. packages cream cheese
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
24 vanilla wafers
24 regular size cupcake liners
1 can cherry pie filling (or can use blueberry pie filling)
Directions:
Directions:
Cream cheese and sugar together. Add one egg at a time and then add vanilla. Place cupcake liners in cupcake pan. Put one vanilla wafer in each cup and fill half full. Bake at 325º for 30-35 minutes. When cool, top with cherry or blueberry pie filling.
