Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. sausage
1 beaten egg
2 c. grated mild or sharp cheddar cheese
2 cans Crescent dinner rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble and fry sausage; drain. While sausage is warm, add egg and cheese. Use one can of dinner rolls for the bottom crust. Evenly spread mixture on crust. Use the other can of dinner rolls for the top crust. Seal edges with a fork. Bake as directed by dinner roll instructions. If the mixture is made previously, heat in microwave before spreading on the crust.

Note: Several who have made this recipe have tried a varying number of eggs (4-6); seems to work fine, just makes it more like a casserole than a bread dish.
