1 can pumpkin
1 can fat-free evaporated milk
1 heaping cup Splenda
1/2 cup Egg Beaters
1/2 cup self-rising flour
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (or pumpkin pie spice)
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Add Splenda, Egg Beaters, and flour to pumpkin. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients, gradually pouring in the milk. Cook at 350º for 35 minutes. This is great reheated in the microwave with a little Cool Whip on top.
