1 Tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
dash pepper
2 cube steaks 1/4 to 1/3 lb each, thin ones work best
2 Tbsp butter, divided
1 tsp Dijon mustard, divided
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, divided
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 Tbsp chopped onion, can use more
2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley (about 1/2 tsp dried)

Directions:
Combine the flour, salt and pepper, dredge the steaks in the flour mixture. In skillet over medium heat, brown steaks in 1 Tbsp butter. Remove the steaks and spread with half of the mustard and 1/4 tsp of Worcestershire sauce. Keep warm. In same skillet sauté mushrooms and onions in 1 Tbsp butter until tender or longer if you like them crispy. Add parsley and remaining 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce. Return steaks to skillet, cover and simmer 5 - 7 minutes, until meat is tender.
