Ingredients:  
1 Lemon cake mix
1 cup boiling water
4 eggs (slightly beat)
1 package instant lemon pudding mix
1/2 cup oil
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (water last) about 4 minutes
Pour into 2 prepared loaf pans
Bake in 350º preheated oven for approx. 25-35 minutes(ovens will vary)
