6 lb eye roast
2 cans cream of celery soup
2 packets Lipton dry onion soup mix
1 cup Burgundy
carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Brown roast, burn off fat side. Keep juices and add all ingredients but carrots. Cook on low for at least 5 hours. Add carrots last 2 hours. Serve over egg noodles.
