2 c. flour
1 T. baking powder
1 t. salt
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. applesauce
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. shortening, melted
Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and sugar. Add raisins. Combine egg, applesauce, milk and shortening. Add liquid to flour mixture, stirring only until flour is moistened. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 425* for 20 minutes.
