1 tsp. dry yeast
3 c. warm water
1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
2 eggs
8 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Soak yeast with a small amount of water. Add shortening, salt, sugar, and yeast to the lukewarm water. Stir in eggs and flour. Start this about 5 pm and punch down every hour. At 10 pm, make into rolls, put in pans. Bake in the morning at 350º until done.
