1 box of yellow cake mix (mixed according to pkg. directions)
3 lbs. ricotta cheese
8 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
cinnamon and sugar mixture
Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour bottom of 15x12 pan.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix cake mix according to pkg. directions.
In separate bowl, mix ricotta, eggs, vanilla, and sugar, mixing well. Pour ricotta mixture into bottom of greased pan and then pour prepared cake mix on top.
Bake for 45 minutes and remove from oven and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Return to oven and bake for another 30 minutes.
