1 Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
1 Box of Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 15oz Can Crushed Pineapple (drained)
1 11oz Can Madarian Oranges (save 1/4 cup of juice)
1 8oz Cool Whip
1/2 cup of oil
4 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix the cake mix with eggs, oil, madarian oranges, and the 1/4 cup of juice from the oranges. Bake in a 13X9 pan for 20 minutes or until center is done.
Frosting:
Mix Cool Whip with pudding powder and pineapple all together until well blended. Then frost the cake.
Needs to be kept in the refrigriator.
